Does WoW own me?

Yes, in the beta, it owned me to an extent that I decided (quite a struggle) not to buy the retail game

I played it a lot over the long weekend, but now my addiction has been cracked, and I can only play for an hour or 2 a day max.

The absolute best thing about this game is spotting two or three opposing faction characters trying to gank on a couple of lower levels guys who are trying to complete quests. By the time they realize I'm there I've already got three dot's on all of them and their strongest melee character is running because I cast Fear on him.

You actually think that game would run on her I- Book? :)

if her ibook is 1ghz and has 32mb of graphics it will :)

I'm lvl 23 now, i spent too much time helping out lower ranked players in my guild, so i lost a lot of time =
My second character is starting to develop, around lvl 12 i believe, ne warrior, i haven't played with him in awhile though.

I went in there as a level 16 undead warlock with my tank. I killed the first 2 snakes and the elemental and damn, elites are hard as hell solo (and they are level 12-14)

Yes I luv this game too. Have spent many quality hours with this game. Those of you too cheap to pay amonthly subscription fee must be too cheap to pay for sattelite TV or cable too huh? After all, wathing TV is just as much of a waste of time as a game. Years ago people said they wouldn't pay for cable TV, EVER!

HAHAHAHHA what a bunch of idiots. Prophets they weren't.

I am crushed by my love for WoW. I have been coding a persistant world for over a YEAR for Neverwinter Nights. I have over 1,000 hours of time on it and I haven't touched it since. A LOT of folks are pissed at me right now because I don't see any point in continuing that project. This game is far better.

At least I learned a lot about coding in the process.

I'm on the pwnage bus.

at work, I sit here and read WoW message boards ;)

I get home, eat dinner, and play WoW for a couple hours before going to bed.

my average posts/day count on AT has dropped, and my Tivo is getting pretty full :p

So happy I did not buy the game.

No game really takes me time. Too many other important things to do.

I was playing UO about 8-9 hours a day a few years ago. I decided playing WoW would probably not be the best decision for me :p
