Old house, people died in it. New house, Indian burial ground underneath it. Good luck buying a house if you're asian.

Yeah, unless they were buried in the yard....then no. Last thing I need is the dog bringing in a femur or something 😱

Forgot to add, my wife is asian so maybe that has something to do with it?

I'd buy a house where the whole family was murdered in it. Who cares, it's a house.
Would you perform said service beforehand so you could get a better deal? 😛
Is it the house that melty posted pictures of? :ninja:

My wife and I were looking at houses a while back, I saw one that interested me that was basically acrossed the street from a cemetary. She wanted nothing to do with it. Guess she's afraid of zombies.

The previous owner was murdered in the garage of the house that I live in now. His murder is unsolved and the police never got the murderer. Sometimes I feel his presence in the house. It doesn't really bother me.

That's one of the best places to live, you have quiet neighbors who won't be parking broken cars in their driveway or having loud parties. They also won't build a second addition blocking your view.

I live in a house that somebody died in. If you buy an older house, it's probably a good bet that someone died there. So far I haven't died, so I can only assume that dying in a house is not contagious.
I thought I caught "dying in a house" once. Turns out I was just really bored.
