It's amusing watching a bunch of men on a forum dictate who should and should not be allowed to speak at a women's march and completely miss the symbolism in it.

And so I take every redemption story with a grain of salt. And?

You're right. Can we have Charles Manson read Dr Seuss books, or perhaps some of his own writings, at your local elementary school? You don't believe in the concept of personal redemption/atonement?
How many times on here have you said something about "grab her by the pussy"? Trump said he's sorry..

Speaking of little ladies and death, how about this one who lied and got a man tortured to death...

Wow. That is so fucked up. I have a hard time even understanding what her dad/brother did, nevermind her fabricating the whole thing to begin with.
In what world of alternate truth did you hear that? How many times on here have you said something about "grab her by the pussy"? Trump said he's sorry..

That's her own promo site, and according to the OP information hardly an innocent dragged into this. In her walk she describes everything but remorse for those harmed.
She did her time but a nice smile says nothing and with no sign of regret or remorse? I'm not buying much.
It absolutely sucks that her life was awful and there's no saying otherwise, but some had much worse done to them and didn't harm others afterwards. A tough life doesn't really get a pass. Again she served her time and maybe she has reformed, but I'm not praising.
You can't really be that much of a jackass can you?
It was her husband and his half brother that tortured and killed the kid. And I thought that this, from the article, pretty much sums up their attitudes:
"Once acquitted of murder (the jury deliberated for barely an hour), Bryant’s husband and Milam were protected against further prosecution by the double jeopardy rule and so admitted the crime to Look magazine.
“I’m no bully,” Milam said. “I never hurt a n***** in my life. But I just decided it was time a few people got put on notice … ‘Chicago boy,’ I said, ‘I’m tired of them sending your kind down here to stir up trouble, I’m going to make an example of you, just so everybody can know how me and my folks stand.’”

Yes I am a jackass. Doesn't change the fact that you contradicted yourself. That you don't see the optics problem of an accessory to a rather brutal murder having a voice at a woman's rally makes me wonder who the jackass truly is.Ah, so you *are* that much of a jackass.

So then you agree that some people are beyond redemption. You compared an apple to a Zebra and think that you've made a point of some kind. Cool. And thanks for the confirmation of jackassery.

Spurling himself interviewed Donna: “I couldn’t believe this girl who was so intelligent and nice-looking could be so unemotional about what she was telling me she and her friends had done.
But it is Coleman who authorities suspect delivered brutal blows to Christian's vaginal region, the force of which caused a massive pooling of blood.

So why is she one of the leaders/speakers at a women's rights march? She was complicit in the rape, torture, and murder of someone. There's nothing she could have done afterwards to make her a good choice for this; I don't care if she's found Jesus, advocates for prison reform, is really sorry and did her time. Doesn't matter.
This was an important event for women's rights, it shouldn't have been tainted by allowing a POS like this around. Women's rights is critical and I'd argue under threat, this only undermines it.
Did she mention the times she was the one guarding the victim? Or how he asked her for help and she refused? Because she admitted to all that too. I guess that's all okay though since she's like super sorry that it happened.
Oh wait, that's her personal website where she's trying to promote herself? Now what kind of idiot would quote from such a biased source?
