And as much as I hate the company I still find myself eating their chocolate bars.... because chocolate.

The thing people don't realize about suing a company to this extent or doing other crazy demands is that the company is not actually the ones that will be footing the bill, it will be the employees or the customers. A company facing any financial issue will either lay off a few people to make up the cost, or raise prices, or both.
