what about the mess the cat makes should I clean it? I don't have cats. I am not from katmandu or a katmandu.
True, I've heard people rant about this before. For some reason no cat has ever wanted to crap in any garden I've ever had (urban foxes are another matter, they _destroy_ gardens).
I'm just responding to the idea that it was wrong or abnormal for the cat-owners in this case to let their cat roam free - cats sitting on garden walls is something I see many times a day, its entirely normal, even if it does infuriate some folk who seem to have gardens that attract crapping cats for some reason.
I don't have a cat, by the way.
