I learned from Experience, when you are stuck on a plane for 6-10 hours you want an aisle seat.

Easier to get up and walk around a little bit.
Easier to go to the bathroom.

Window seat is a pain, especially if you want to get up. People are sleep, hard to get through.

This man speaks the truth. Face it, there isn't ANYTHING to look out the window, just clouds. And when you're landing you can see stuff for maybe 10 minutes. The ability to get up when you want is MUCH better than staring at clouds for 10 hours.

I don't care.

I notmally take the aisle so I can stretch out my legs more. But on that long of a flight I'd probably be content to watch a movie or read a book in which case I might not want to be disturbed. And if you want to sleep, you can lean up against the window to get more comfortable.

always aisle. convenient to the restroom, stewardess, stretch-breaks, etc. plus i don't particularly enjoy the "fat man on the right, bare plastic on the left" feel. that poor excuse for a window: the view outside sucks, other than the 20 seconds during takeoff/landing.

when i fly business, i'm a little more relaxed with preference. the space between rows is usually enough to get by without causing a major disturbance.

I like Window, something for you to lean against when you sleep, and I dont like ppl/carts running into me when I sit on the aisle...

Short or long, I prefer the window.
My luck is sh1t and theres always some great big fat fvck that wants to get up a hundred times.

Although 1st class is better for just about any flight.
More room on all 4 sides.

From somebody who flew on those flights many times - aisle. You'll enjoy window seat for 10 minutes during take off and then 10 more during landing, but then you'll be kicking yourself the entire flight. Aisle seat also makes it easier to get up for a couple of minutes to stretch your legs.

It really doesn't matter.

If you are in window seat and you want to use the bathroom, you go through the trouble of climbing over ppl.

If you are in aisle seat, you go through the trouble of people climbing over you.

Lose-Lose situation haha.

I haven't read the thread any so this might have been posted already.
