Win 10 is probably corrupted! What to do? Urgent help needed!

I don't know what has happened, or how has happened, but when I booted up my system today I saw that check disks for error thing today, which I haven't seen in quite a while, and now when I login to Windows 10 I see these four error messages, on which I keep clicking on OK until those disappear! Chrome is corrupted that I get, but nothing happens when I click on Start menu! The whole OS seems unstable, some stuffs are opening if I wait for long time, some aren't opening at all!

Is there anything I can do? Any way to repair stuffs? What are these errors anyway?

I would insert the windows 10 disk and run the repair utility or even use system restore and roll back a couple of days to when it worked right.

Don't even bother trying to roll back, or use a repair utility, or whatever, until you check your hard drive. Trying to fix software problems would be an utter waste of time if your hardware failing is the root cause.

Have you tried running the chkdsk utility from an elevated cmd prompt to see if it throws any errors?
That might give you an idea if your HDD is failing.

Most bios with smart will halt on a hd error during post so if you didn't receive one try repairing your files first. You can also get the drive manufacturers health utility and check the drive to see if it passes. Both Seagate and wd have comprehensive tests so get them and give us the results.

SMART isn't always so smart in my experience. The vast majority of hard drive failures I've dealt with have not tripped SMART yet.

I will do a clean OS installation. But I don't understand one thing, is that HDD's fault?

Also I don't really know what SMART is! The drive on which OS is installed is a WD Black!

Run WD diagnostic tools first. That should tell you whether the HD is at fault or not.

Do those files in windows/system32 even exist? I have heard that "bad image" sometimes means "file not found", but can also mean bad registry/hdd/virus/etc.

Make a DVD/CD (or "concoct" a Bootable flash drive - https://rufus.akeo.ie/) boot the computer from it and evaluate the status of the HD.

Yeah, ran that tool, WD Data Lifeguard Diagnostics! Nothing, no problem whatsoever on the drive!

I don't get it! Some dll files are missing or corrupted, why you guys think it has something to do with hard drive?

Run Crystal Disk info. It reads the smart table on the drive and will let you know if there are obvious issues with the drive. It has alerted me to bad/remapped/pending sectors on drives, I've never had smart in the bios alert me to anything.

It's not as comprehensive as the drive manufacturers test, but only takes a minute to run. Get the standard portable zip:

It's called process of elimination. You've now eliminated your HDD as a possible fault. I would now try Puffnstuffs recommendation. Try running the repair utility and see if it fixes the corrupted files.

Yeah that's what I'll do. It's so disgusting, I'll need to set up everything from scratch again, and I'm scared I'm thinking that Windows Update will start and download Nvidia driver and so on again...

You need to run chkdsk. Windows is telling you there are problems with the file system, not necessarily with the disk itself.

Run chkdsk /scannow and report back.

You need to either delete the partition, then let Windows install (it will created the partition and the file system on its own), or let chkdsk fix it.

If more than one partition exists on the drive be sure to delete all of them first.
