3rd interview is a very good sign - looks like you got the job.

Congrats!

Congrats!

I hope so.

The hiring manager did like me a lot and second VP told me I was the only one sent to 2nd round (a week ago). The position's been open for quite sometime and no one past the HM until me...

I wonder if the Director just wants to see me before hiring or if I'm still competing with other candidates...

Sounds like you'll get the offer. You usually get your salary when you're offered the job. Good luck dude

Well in my experience, employers bring up salary prior or even at first interview so no one is wasting each other's time.

I have an office with a window. All it does is crush my soul even more when I realize it is dark when I come into work - and pitch black when I leave.

I used to have an office facing the river. Before I would almost never stay late enough to see the colorful sunsets. Now if I were still there, I'd see it almost daily considering sunset is around 4:30pm..

It's really hard to leave work when there's still light out now.

congrats man! hope you get the salary you want... even if you don't this might be great work experience?

Now that you got the project manager job, what are you planning to do? :awe:

Not 100% there yet, still have to negotiate salary.

I'm always bit paranoid about job interview process... I get these nightmare scenarios about them retracting the job offer if I ask for more $ or something stupid happens that fuck everything up.

I'm not celebrating and sleeping well... yet.

I think I'll rest easy after the successful salary negotiation and I get a start date.

grats on succeeding the interview and getting the offer.

hope it works out to your favor in the salary negotiations.

Take it from me, master negotiator, when she gives you the first figure, just stay silent for a bit, then follow with a drawn out "well..." and a bit more silence. See what she offers after that, then close with "i was hoping..." And accept.
