Participating. You have to document the project name, start/end date, your supervisor, his contact info, etc. and you also then have to do a short write up on each project and what was performed in each of the process areas. Probably other stuff too, but that is what I remember off the top of my head.

No proof now, but they audit some or most candidates where they'll send sealed envelops to your superiors and they have to check off what you wrote.

Yes, and my plan is to have my superiors approve everything I submit BEFORE I actually submit it so if I do get audited, there will be no surprises.

Google 'is PMP worth it'. I won't get it unless there is a felt need on my end. As I've said before, I see few jobs require it, but most are 'preferred' or don't care.

Yeah, it does read like that. I wonder if that has changed. Nevertheless, most of us have been the leads on projects before so I think that counts.

The only time I've ever had this happen to me was during undergrad. Was taking an exam on the friday before spring break. There were 4 or 5 questions total and I skipped the first one (the easiest) to do the rest. 15 minutes before the exam was supposed to be over, the fire alarm goes off and my professor collects all the exams. Before I hand over my exam, I quickly explain what the answer to problem 1 should be. She said I was right but wouldn't allow any of us extra time to finish the exams. Was so restless that weekend Fortunately, I still did well in the class

Today is Friday and I have a feeling I'll hear something. They said I'll hear something before end of the month.... well Thanksgiving is only 3 business days away.
