No. This would tell the government that you don't really care about voting and you'll take a paltry amount of money for it. It's basically telling them that you're ok with exchanging freedom for money. Most government corruption that we try to fight is basically exactly that. Our rights being removed in the name of money.
Not that voting actually accomplishes anything anyway, but I would not give up that right.
Lot of people choose not to vote because they hate the current system, and while I don't blame them, I say, at least go vote for green or other oddball party or something. If there is an influx of people voting for these oddball parties it sends a message.
