I make that much and have my wifes income on top of it and I would never buy a new car let alone aLexus.

Same here. That's the problem with the younguns. They think they are entitled to all this luxury but in reality can't afford it.

that is way too small of a combined income to be buying a lexus and eating out all the time. Best of luck to you guys though, I hope you guys get your finances and spending in check.

Grow a spine and get a handle on your woman! An unchecked woman = buy everything and anything they want without remorse. Then you are left footing the bill. Worst case, you split with her and take on half the debt and then she finds a sugar daddy to pay for her end of the debt.

Um you do realize he is paying a mortgage on a house. Which is basically saving for their retirement (even though his parents are living in the house, he will own it), and a nice chunk of change at that (probably anywhere from $200,000 to $400,000, if not more). So I'd say that pretty much cancels that part of the equation where shes paying a mortgage.

Then she pays for her Lexus SUV and house utilities. Figure thats what, $400-500 for the car, plus say $300-400 in utilities? So thats $900/month, with only $300-400 going towards the couple.

Pepsei is paying for all the gas ($400 a month according to his bill), food (say it's just groceries, say its $50 in groceries a week per person) which is $400 a month, then in addition to that, hes got all the other bills. Add onto that the bare essentials for just living, and I bet thats at least another $150-$200 a month. So thats $1,000 a month going towards the couple, and probably a bit more seeing how they eat out and what-not.

So basically, hes paying at the bare minimum double what she's paying towards the lifestyle of the couple, and blowing all of the money he has left over on stupid sh!t that she wants.

I think he has every right to complain.

Especially when you spend $500 on a fvcking motorcycle windshield without talking about it with him.

on top of this you should have read that he "normally" expects her credit card bill to be $1500 a month. i think that pretty much cancels out the whole "she pays for the mortage" bull.

i pepsei, if i were you (and thank God i'm not because i would have had a cow if taht CC came from my wife) i'd call the CC company and tell ask them to lower your CC limit. If they won't then just get a different card witha a lower limit, and close this account. If you could just get rid of the CC's altogether and start using your debit card instead.

I think I saw one lingerie purchase there, Pepsei, hope you are the one enjoying that.

Also, it seems you have expensive taste in food, so when staying in and cooking, just watch how much you spend on groceries, as you can probably save alot more by toning your taste down and saving the expensive meal for 1-2 times a week instead of every day.

One other thing, you pay for DSL for your parents but not for yourself? Meh tell them to get their neighbors to use an unsecured network! Lol.
