Why would anyone vote for hillary?

Her stance on abortion and gun controls means I can not vote for her. There are certain issues that my morals and values prohibit me from supporting.

I simply do not understand why anyone would vote for hillary.

Has hillary "ever" shown a trace of morals and values?

You don't even have to have a specific accomplishment, just policy positions. She hasn't suggested committing war crimes or violating the Geneva convention like her opponent. She doesn't want to remove marriage equality. She hasn't suggested changing libel laws to bully the press. She hasn't suggested violating the 1st Amendment in regards to people of the Islamic faith. She hasn't retweeted white supremacists with shocking regularity.

I could go on and on and on and on.

However, for the sake of Texashiker, I did a quick Google and someone has already compiled some answers here.

Those are reasons based on negative partisanship, i.e. why not to vote for Trump. While helpful it's not what the OP is asking for which was affirmative reasons to vote FOR Hillary.

To make it easier take Trump out of the equation and give OP reasons why he should vote for Hillary over all the other candidates including Gary Johnson and Jill Stein. You should probably avoid mental shortcuts like "she'll vote for SCOTUS justices" and focus on what she brings to the table and what you think she can accomplish. Holy crap you're being tossed a softball question here, you should be able to knock it out of the park if she is the amazing candidate you think she is.

Being an active legislator is "helping". That's how representative government works. You vote on legislation, amend legislation, negotiate on legislation, sit on committees, etc. I'm not sure what you expect to have done on her own as one member of a much larger body beyond what's in the record.

It's not like anyone is going to convince you to vote for her since you're diametrically opposed to all her positions...

She is a rigged candidate put in place by the DNC. That is more corrupt than anything Trump could say or do, in fact Trump beat a rigged system since the RNC really didn't want him as candidate. The people voted, and Trump it is, love it or hate it. Either way hillary is a Manchurian candidate who will be helping Republican corporations and their agendas. At least with Trump, there is a chance that doesn't happen since he's so stubborn and can't be bought.

I have been watching the clintons since bill took office. I voted for Ross in that election.

Her stance on gun control? You mean universal background checks? Those things that 80%+ of the country supports and, realistically, is minimal? The thing that people point out when a reporter trying to prove an AR-15 was super easy to get, but failed because of his state's background check? The whole "OMG coming for my guns" argument is such a joke. She isn't going to do anything, the same as Obama hasn't as far as taking away your guns. The amount the federal government will do is so minimal and such a joke and is such a weak argument against a candidate. The state is a different story (I live in MA, which has some serious restrictions).

The abortion part, well, I suppose I could see that, but do you really think Trump is honest about changing his mind? This isn't someone comparing beliefs from when they were 18 to 70. These are all recently held beliefs. Didn't he have multiple stances in just one day not that long ago?

Lets start by enforcing the laws that we arleady have on the books.

Out of the people who are denied a gun purchase, very few of those people are arrested and convicted.

you know it is against the law to try and buy a gun when that person knows they are prohibited from owning a gun?

That reporter that was denied a gun purchase, will he be arrested for trying to buy a gun when he was prohibited? Probably not. All the straw purchases made by reporters, will they be prosecuted? Probably not.
