3. I shower every day, most people do. A lot of women don't "touch themselves down there" in the shower, I can only guess that this is the case for uncircumsized men - maybe they touch their outer skin but maybe they don't like to pull their foreskin back to clean it?
>>

well that sounds to stupid to be true at first but realizing that someone in this very same thread said just that he was afraid of pulling back his foreskin makes me wonder, cleaning your dong is something your parents should have made you do when you were so young you didn't know why you did it but still had to like brush your teeth and wash your face and armpits...

and that cancer thing, is that something that is very common? I mean every damn thing you do makes you get cancer, so using the "small chance of getting that special kind of cancer risk getting smaller if she has sex with high risk men who were cut" sounds like a pretty stupid argument If men are not educated to know how their penis works, thats whole different story.

<< Anyways having uncut penis does have advantages. For instance when having sex you can just pull the skin over the head before inserting making it much pleasureable for your partner and also masterbation >>

That's what foreplay is all about my friend, you don't just bend the girl over and go plunging it in there without warming it up a little! If circumcision has 'caused' a need for more foreplay for the woman's benefit, I'm surely not hearing any complaints!

<---- Glad to be mutilated.

If it hadn't been done when I was a newborn, I would have probably had it done later in life... seriously. My little bro wasn't cut and he had problems with it all of his childhood (and yeah he kept it clean).

My thoughts.

I agree with the be happy with what you got opinion. I am cicumsised and have never gotten any complaints from women. In fact I have gotten my fair share of compliments. It is very pleasurable for them as well as myself.

As a new father of a boy I can say that it is not a very painful procedure if done correctly. I was right there while my son was cicumsised and he was more unhappy with being strapped down than he was during the procedure. It was very quick and the doctor used lidocane(sp) to minimize the pain. He didn't cry at all during the procedure and there was very little blood. The doctor was well trained and did a very good job. I was happy to be able to witness it first hand. I almost missed it though. I was in the shower when they took him. He was completely healed within a week and is looking great.

<< NotFred~ you seem to be the only informed one here! I am so ashamed at how COMPLETELY FVCKING IGNORANT all the rest of you all about your own damn penises! It is really a shame!

I'd just like to say that I am glad to be intact and not mutilated. FYI: intact = uncircumcised. The word uncircumcised denotes that I am somehow missing something, due to the prefix "un." Instead, it makes more sense to call those who have not been cut "intact" and those who have been cut "unintact." That way the guys who are missing something get the "un" prefix.

And to those who say that a circumcised penis looks better, or more normal, are misguided. You only think that becasue that is what is dominant in our society. If it were not so popular those who are un-intact would be looked at like freaks. How messed up is it that we make a practice of cutting off an integral part of a baby's most sensitive organ without their permission. Its like, "Hello baby, welcome to the world, first off let's mutilate your genitals and then send you on your way."

If you are a soon-to-be-parent I urge you to NOT mutilate your baby.
>>

In other words, it wasn't done to you, so you're against it. The people that had it done to them are for it. It's like someone that buys a camera---they're convinced that the one they bought is better than anyone else's. My best friend in high school hated his foreskin and actually had it removed when he was 20. It kept getting snagged on his zipper, sometimes it would "stick" a little bit and he's pee all over himself at the urinal, and lots of other problems (his might have been unusually large, not sure....never seen it 😀isgust😉. He even said sex was better afterwards because there was more friction and less skin movement. So...he chose to "mutilate" himself and had a lot of great benefits from it. It can be a good thing.

Problematic Circumcisions

These pictures may not be very fun to look at with all the cutting and blood and stuff, but I figure that you should know either what you avoided or what you went through when you were a baby. It could change your thinking on this issue pretty quickly...

Well that's why I put that point down... it's just a guess, in fact based on the guy that was asking if it were okay to pull his foreskin back. That's what made me think that maybe, the average uncut male, even though their masturbation rate is just as high as anyone else (if not higher) maybe they don't actually pull back their foreskin to expose the membrane and head.

And, I don't know how uncut parents teach their uncut boys to clean themselves. If I have my anatomy correct, there is web tissue that keeps the head insead of the foreskin until the child reaches puberty and starts getting erections to break it. So perhaps you can't really clean yourself there until that web tissue breaks (a guy's version of a hymen).

Good grief! Since a clit is basically a tiny undeveloped wee-wee, and now I learn that we have a "hymen", men and women are more alike than I thought. :Q

Nothing like a little ritual torture to start off a kids life - and they wonder why boys start talking after girls...

<< Circumsision of the male penis is nothing more than genital mutilation. I'm glad that I'm intact. >>

Well if that's the sort of visceral and inflammatory reaction that helps make you feel about having an odd looking penis that didn't look like any of the other kids...I suppose your self-esteem is important, too.

Being Jewish, I look at it this way: I'd rather have it cut off at birth than risk being cut off from the Jewish people (as was quoted from the Bible towards the beginning of this thread). If you're not Jewish then do whatever you want.

LOL, that's such a ridiculous statement, I can't believe it... In the same manner, I could say that you said it because you are cut, but don't like it, but because most boys are cut, it makes you feel good saying that.

Not at all, I have made no value judgements about either practice, certainly none that would cause me to make such inflammatory and reactionary statements like describing either as 'mutilation' or 'abnormal' in any way.

I don't particularly care what your dinky looks like or how my dinky looks in comparison. It works just fine and I get no complaints, which is all I care about. Though, I can see how an uncircumcized person could harbor such deep resentment and questionable confidence issues stemming from the shame and embarrassment of growing up with a weenie that didn't look like all the other kids', resulting in residual anger and bitterness as an adult that causes him to attack circumcision and describe it as 'mutilation'. After all, how else is he going to deal with those feelings, attack his own penis?

Sure foreplay is good but not all girls want to give you oral sex.

I wish there was some way we cut males could sue the government or medical industry for the unconsented mutiliation of my penis. Once I read about the drawbacks of being circumsized and hearing things from some of my female friends who preferred uncut men, I really got pissed. It is a pile of crap that babies are still being mutiliated like it was Africa or something. I find it highly unethical to do such things to a person before they are even able to decide for themselves.

The medical industry owes me my dick skin. I will gladly take thousands of dollars to remedy this situation with plastic surgery. I think they owe us. I had no choice in this matter, and I don't appreciate getting my penis cut up.

The sad thing is, most parents were't/aren't educated about things like this, and in many cases aren't even informed about the circumcision until after it is performed. I don't know how exactly it is now, but when I was born the doctors took things into their own hands (literally, heh).

Fvck the corporate medicine machine. Circumcision = facist bullsh!t

<< According to my girlfriend, who is studying to be an OBGYN (ewwww), it's because men with poor hygeine who are uncircumsized tend to get an accumulation of bateria and viruses in there, specifically the virus that causes cervical cancer. >>

I heard this on the news... They said that circumsized men are "cleaner lovers." :Q

<< I heard on the news, that men who are uncircumsized are more likely to carry some virus that will give women a very serious STD... They said that circumsized men are "cleaner lovers." >>

Thats tripe, not to mention illogical.

I think they should make circumsizing illegal unless the person (child) consents. So, in other words...people wouldn't be circumsized without a choice. It may be too late for me, but my children won't be as unfortunate. They can choose whether or not they want to chop a piece of their penis off for themselves.
