Not all the blame should go to Bush, those who re-elected him certainly bear some responsibility as well.

I think that this type of smear tactic is a direct result of the democratic party being taken over by the far left. And if they want to actually win some elections they better move back to the center..because there's not enough P and N folks to carry the election for them.

QFT!!!!!

And I bolded what happens to be my largest gripe with the anti's. If they really want to turn heads and make a point, they had better get out some whiteboards, a sharpie, and a pointer! It's getting tiresome to hear them bitch, moan, whine, and complain every damn day; yet they offer nothing in the way of specific alternatives. NOTHING!

Just once I would love to see a Democratic guest on Fox News say: "OK, things are screwed up, and this, this, that, and this are what we need to do to fix it..." but helllll no, all they do is sit there blaming Bush for this or that, and whining and complaining about this or that result.
n
They've even failed to deliver their latest message clearly, which is "We will achieve the same goals, but we can do it better!" They tried to find a new frontman after the SOTU Address, when they turned to the centrist governor of VA to deliver their retort. Their message was clear : "We could just do it better!" However, since that night, not one damn specific and viable alternative solution has been proposed by any of them!

Their entire party has the general persona of the anti's here at P&N: All they do is bitch, moan, whine, and complain! And the result is that more and more Americans are growing sick of listening to them do so!

YOUR RESPONSE

assume what you like, I really don't care to argue with you about it. I have better thing to do. Sorry you don't like my sig. I saw your thread that got locked, the one with your new sig. Cute

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Maybe you should focus your attention at something beside my sig?? Cause I'm keeping it.

The whole point of my conversation with you was to get a grasp on what you were trying to explain in your signature, and you go off on some childish nonsense. Expect and respect people having other opinions and beliefs. I am adamantly against some things in life, and though I may sound like it, I adamantly respect other opinions, especially if they will engage in a conversation or debate on the issue.

sorry to post this publically, but its my nature not to let things die, until they are dead

:)

Here's your first PM you sent me:

From DonRodriguez I've seen your signature a lot and I laugh every time I see it. Things change my friend. OBL was the number one priority right after 9/11, then it was realized that it was a lot more than OBL that needed to be addressed. What's diffucult to see that, or is it just narrow minded liberalism? Not trying to flame, but well I am trying to flame :)

Like I'm going to take anything said after that as serious??

I never bothered to read your last PM's, and I never bothered to read anthing in this post after you "called me out" either. Only an idiot argues with an idiot and I consider you to be an idiot.

I like my sig and am keeping it whether you like it or not. I noticed it bothers you so much you made a sig calling liberals "pussies". LOL, that'll fix me, right!! :p

I realize you can't help being a pinhead anymore then a snake can't help being a snake.

It is better to try, and fail, than to never try at all. Like I said here yesterday, it's currently a political struggle between the "Do-ers" and the "Do nothing except complain-ers". If the anti's would step up, and for the very first time offer us a specific and viable alternative, then you might just see alot of folks like myself support them.

Then we could all honestly say "Hey, ok, we gave it our best shot with this method, but it didnt work. Sow now we are going to try this alternative."

But since all the anti's ever do is whine, bitch, moan, and complain, we are stuck doing it the only way we have right now. Right or wrong, atleast we are doing something!

I wish the Media was more true.... I guess if you had it your way everything would be a big rosy picture...

"SOME MISTAKES?" Booosh is a Mistake... Last I looked his ratings of 38% isn't going to carry him far into the next election. I really don't think we have to worry about any more wins for the booshies...

I am just happy we have people like you that still support him. I think you ought to get another boosh sticker for your right side of the bumper.

The next election? You do realize that the 22nd amendment was passed?

Does he sound informed...lol

If people like this demonstrated more maturity and vision, they might be taken more seriously.

At the moment, neither side is even the least bit compelling.

Ahahahahahaha. In the face of vision and maturity you come completely apart. But then, because you have yet to understand your upside down vision of the world, wisdom and knowledge all look like the ramblings of fools. When you say you don't want to follow what you mean is you neither want to see nor to change. You don't even see that you are bitching and moaning about people who bitch and moan. Because you hate them you won't soon look at yourself. Now look again at what you do when vision and maturity looks at you.

Bush is a pretty fair representative of the average American voter, I think. Whatever it is that Bush is responsible for, we the voting age citizens of the US are responsible for Bush.

I dunno, I did everything I could to not elect him the first time, and even more (donating to the DNC) the second time around. I feel responsible only in that I am a voter and that smacktard is the prez of MY country.

You grant yourself the luxury of assumptions, in my opinion. You assume you did all you could, but I think a single person with a clear aim can change the world. That is why I choose to say "WE"

"Granting the luxury of assumptions... " That's a new one! I really don't think that makes much sense... seems more to me that you just want to try to sound intelligent...

He assumed nothing... he didn't vote for the guy, that is enough to not be responsible for Bush as president...

Sir, you have me at a disadvantage as you are probably far more intelligent than I. For example, you state as a fact out of some invisible fund of knowledge which sadly I do not posses, that he is responsibility free, whereas my claim, owing doubtless to my modest intelligence, could only rise to the level of opinion. That I gave only a lowly opinion and you know the real facts, I assume, therefore, is because of your superior intellect.

the President as in the figure not just Dubya.

Gets blamed for everything because they are at the top of the pyramid. The President is the most important figure in the United States. They can change tv schedules whenever they want to. There is a press corp running around with them 24/7. If they wanted they can tell you when the President went to the bathroom. Thus making the President the most visible figure.

So if they can claims all the good is of their doing even if in reality they have no control over such as the economy. then the President should take all the bad that comes with it. They can't have it both ways.

Seriously I never know why people want to become President. Sure its what you're told as a child you can be and many kids dream of being so but just look at all the stuff they have to deal with. Possible wars, being pulling you each and everyway. half or atleast close to half(if not more) of the country doesn't like you no matter what you do. Way too much stress. Plus every president after 4 years looks like they've aged much much faster.

On a side note I also see it as this country's progression towards passing the buck in everything. Its everyone elses fault except mine. Just look at all those kids commit all those crimes. Its because of GTA, movies, etc.

Because you live in a Presidential republic, in which the guy in the White House is the absolute ruler. There's no Prime Minister, to share the burden and guilt.

And the only elections that get any sort of coverage in your country are the presidential elections... when it comes to Congress and Senate, I bet you don't even notice them.

Last but not least, you electoral system is crappy.

I also don't blame him for lying about any prior knowledge about critical Levy issues in New Orleans-

He won the popular vote this time around so he should be allowed to lie to the public whenever he wants.
