Nerdy aside.

I was going to pick up some Warhammer 40K figures. One of my friends was into it so I said what the hell. I head down to a local comic shop and no kidding. Dim lighting, a nd four fat guys sitting around a rickety wooden table hunched over warhammer figures, with conan the barbarian music playing in the background.

I was thinking if they got any more stereotypical I would have to bust out laughing. D&D P&P was great fun, I just never played much beyond high school. I think I tossed my 40k figures when my family shipped my leftover junk, and the figurines were pretty busted up. Those things aren't exactly cheap either. 🙁

Only the Lightning Bolt people scare me, I can tolerate everyone else. They peak out the Nerd-O-Meter even for my tastes. But they are having fun and in the end, that's what it's all about.
