Umm...these are NOT the "cons" of strip joints! I think yer kinda...confused or sumthin. Boobies, reasonably attractive girls with hot bods in skimpy clothes, what's not to like? You aren't going there to get laid, if that is your expectation you'll be greatly disappointed. That would be like going to a casino with the expectation of winning money, you're setting yourself up for disappointment.

You go to the casino for the lights, the sounds, the people, the free drinks sporting those little umbrellas, and the fun of chucking those nickels (or whatever denomination of coin or currency you prefer) in those infernal machines and yanking on the lever!

Although, if you're accomplished enough in the social skills and flirtation department, it is not unheard of nor even implausible that you might leave the club with one of the dancer's name and number. It happens.

I have too much respect for women to feel comfortable going to those places

I've had fine dancers ask me out on two seperate occasions without me even spending much on tips. On the other hand, I've had no luck with women at casinos so far. Although the slot machines treat me pretty well.

Well, like I said, you don't go to the strip club with the expectation of getting laid, because that is what 99% of the guys who patron these establishments seem to expect. Nor are you likely to walk out the first night with any names or numbers. It takes a couple visits, and talking to one or two particular girls, but I can assure you, it can be done.

But that was a while ago, I'm not 21 - 25 years old anymore. Girls like that would probably be the death of me today. 😛

There definitely is a frustrating aspect to it (if you can't get laid soon thereafter), but it is all for good fun. Watching really hot chicks in the third dimension beats the monitor any day.
