Perhaps the thermostats on your ship are set up this way?

No it goes back to silly 24VAC controls used in residential settings.

Our system is a microprocessor based proportional integral derivative (PID) variable air volume (hot / cold dual duct mixing box) system.

But again it has nothing to do with skirts.

I like a lady in executive style pants, but a dress is better. However, most women have horrendous, sickening physiques so that is probably a key reason why so few wear dresses these days. Chances are they are either less than 20 years old or quite overweight and growing seemingly on a daily basis larger.

Yep, doesn't look good. Fat chicks should stick to ponchos, moomoos, and capes.

Virtually no women with dresses\skirts, we have a large population of South Asians, many Muslims, and even they were pants. (but I'm probably being a bit prejudiced here).

Although I remember Catholic school, sooo many very very short skirts, those were the days.

My wife wears a skirt every once in a while when we go out to meet friends or go to dinner. Dresses at parties and such. In general we live too active a lifestyle for that to be her normal garb.

I think a longer dress on big girls looks better than pants.

I love short haired girls. But they have to be fit and cute for the look to work. On the larger girls it looks like they are trying too hard.
