Because none of the singers write their own music, and every song soungs so generic. They just all sound the same.

Clearly everybody doesn't hate it. Otherwise, it would not exist and be a huge part of the recording industry.

Clearly, a large population of America falls into the Redneck Trash category.

When I lived in S. Texas, I met some VERY fine white and hispanic ladies that loved country music. Definitely not redneck trash.

I particularly don't care for country music but at least they don't have lyrics about 'bitches', 'hoes', 'bling', drugs, and have hugely embarrassing moments like MC Hammer in a thong bikini.

You dont have me convinced.
The "angry music" your referring to about hoes and bling blangs.....That falls into the same category as Country music.
It is often thought of as the "sh!tty" category.
A different type of person listens to rap music and respects the message....
This person is trashy, dirty, poor-but attempts to act classy and rich, and...trashy.

Unfortunately, the large percentage of the music being put out today falls in the 'sh!tty' category.

What's wrong with it?

1. It is the music of redneck trash
2. I dislike redneck trash.
3. The themes of the songs are simple and stupid.
4. It sounds bad.

I could go on.

Please do. I don't think you have really spent any time listening to country music. The songs that are good are not usually the ones that make it to the Brittney Spears channel you listen to. Reality plays a large role in Country music and a lot of you are not in touch with it. Usually people who sing country music can sing anything. The same cannot be said for artist of other genres. Most other artist don't write their own songs. When you go to a country music concert it sounds like it is supposed to. The same cannot be said for other artist. I like most kinds of music and attend about 3 concerts a month and I'm usually dissapointed by artist other than country. As for the songs being simple and stupid, you just assume that because that is the cool thing to do.. I think experience gives you an appreciation for country.
Redneck trash huh? I would like to see a stereotype that you associate with redneck trash that applies to me or any of the other people I know that listen to country besides the fact that we listen to it.

You wont understand the concept when your the example.
And I have been to a country concert...Toby Keith, Brooks and Dunn, Keith Urban, Mongomery getry whatever; my ex was into country. You know what it was, 20,000 hillbillies with pickup trucks drinking cheap beer. And the women, my god the women. Big nasty old women, wearing little shorts and letting their sagging titties out of a denim cut shirt. The music sounded just as it did when my ex would ask me to listen to that sh!t on the radio.....BAD.

I have experienced it and I lived to tell about it without being lynched.....it is HORRIBLE.

That was pretty much my same experience going to a megadeth concert in '90.

Yep thats what I figured. Your lying out of your @ss. The fat women with the saggy titties gave it away. Definately not your average sight at a country concert.

You wont understand the concept when your the example.

Is that supposed to be an insult. Your not very good at it. Your a fvcktard with no basis for his argument.
