Why do we not eat carnivore meat?

Like for instance, wolves, tigers, etc.

Instead we eat domesticated grazers - and of course it's obviously easier to domesticate an animal that you won't eat you while you're asleep, but then again we've domesticated dogs and cats as animals; not exactly carnivores per se, but their ancestors seem closely related to one at the very least.

So outside of the obvious dangers, why do we not eat carnivore meat? Does it not taste all that great?

Too expensive to feed them. I think there is something like a 10 fold loss of energy every step up the food chain.

Carnivores are full of parasites. Eating bear can fuck you up big time, I'd imagine it's similar with other carnivores. Plus they just don't taste that good.

why, because they are rare and they are going instinct. you should start eating corn like your amish friends.

Carnivores move around a lot so they'd be much more stringy and tough.

this. the muscular structure of carnivores is usually tough and stringy because they recieve more excercize (trying to catch food). A lazy, fat cow makes for a soft, juicy steak.
Even horse is a little tough and they are not carnivores (though Ive been bitten by one). Its not necessarilly that they are carnivores but what sort of animal lifestyle they have.
Find me a lazy, fat carnivore and I'll try eating it!

Shark meat is a delicacy / status symbol and anyone that seeks to ban it is a racist.

I have no problem eating shark meat but cutting the fins off it and leaving it to die is just plain wrong. That practice should be illegal and punishable by death by dismemberment.
