Most of them are pretty damn emaciated from not eating meat and protesting all the time, so you won't get much nutrition from them. But you could probably break off their arm and use it as a flavored toothpick.

A lot of the stuff on the PETA site is pretty rediculous, but I can definitely see where they're coming from with things like live skinning, furs, and disfigured cows/pigs/chickens.
