I think it needs a Wikipedia entry

(It is my opinion that) Dave will sue you for libel, because he (is alleged to have) threatened that before when others have documented his descent into (alleged) insanity.

effowe, good job. Yet another in a very, very long number of examples, of how Dave is clinically messed in the head. I really am not sure he realizes. It wouldn't surprise me at all if in his memory this truly happened. It's just that in reality it didn't. So it's perhaps not that he's lying per se, just extremely confused.

At the very least he could post a picture of HIS version of Archer Farms vinegar made in Spain, but he won't. And what a silly thing to lie about, too. A piece of information that added nothing to his story to support it but had the potential to undermine it even further.

Somebody should think about sending this thread to AF, I think customer service would get a laugh out of it.

I just couldn't resist. Drove to the store this morning, and was in and out in 2 minutes flat. No ID was required, I looked at the register and it said nothing.

<pics snipped>

It's a Product of Italy BTW.

Sir I'm from the Epic Ownage Committee, I'm here to inform you that you are the recipient of the prestegious Ownage of the Month award. Please sign here to collect your $50 theoretical dollars and bronze statue. Congradulations.

Well good for you.

The clerk didn't hit cancel or anything?
That's it? Come on, keep up the lie, you can do better than this. Insult him, defend your wife or something. That's all we want, don't let us down. Tell us you'll prove it with pictures (but never post them).

Why would you sign something you didn't even read? Like IceBergSlim said, are you sure you weren't just signing for your credit card use?

There's nothing to prove, that's the same Vinegar that popped up for an ID scan and sign restricted form for.

There's no answer other than this strange shit happened only to me.

Like you guys always say, I'm special, you are not. :D

Well he said he bought Oil and Vinegar, which are the same things I purchased. They didn't make me sign even though I used a credit card. For purchases under $20 or $25, no signature is required (it's like this at Walgreens too.)

Do you read the whole restricted form when you buy cold medicine?

The card payment was later and normal.
I would at least read and know it's for the cold medicine I am signing off on. Did the cashier say it was for the vinegar/oil?

I never sign anything without at least speed reading through it to make sure I know what I am signing.

If you Google "McOwen Syndrome" this thread is the first link. The second link is about Chromosome 22 deletion and schizophrenia. I think Google may be on to something.

Yes, she said it was for the Vinegar. I asked her since when? She just said because it popped up on the computer. I read the form quick enough that I saw it was the same restricted access form as when buying cold medicine.
