I predict the black guy. So far a man and a woman have won. Now they just need a black guy. They have to show that all people can succeed in corporate America. Note: I am not racist. But you know this show is set up. They have to make sure that they are not showing a bias by having all white males win every season. Anyway, it would be really surprising if the other person wins, I dont even know who it is, havent been keeping up to date on the show.

UPDATE: "Somebody" wins and lays the smackdown!

I had to change that because some guy got really pissed at me and hates me because I put a name there.

Trump has been liking the numbers this season. Like he fired 4 people at once. So, this is a plausible answer.
 
Watching right now. Missed last week. But, looks like Randall is going to win for his recovery in the rain situation.

LOL. Rebecca just about died when Randall shot her down! You could really see it in her face.
