That is, almost none at all in comparison to other motorsports. It's also boring as fuck.

You have stupidity issues.

If it is so simple why don't the Indycar guys that are struggling to find rides hop over to nascar and make millions. Or even the ALMS guys, NASCAR pays a ton more. If it's just so easy and simple why not do it for a couple years and take home an easy 10mil?

Whatever makes you feel less stupid at night...

First its several hundred laps
Second, they are moving anywhere from 120-200mph.
Third, its not like driving your Smart Car.

OK, if that car was actually for sale, I would buy it in a minute. :awe:

Funny that the best you can do is toss insults around and can't form an informed opinion of any sort. Why don't you go troll elsewhere? A thread started by a NASCAR fan wanting to interact with others. Since you don't like GTFO and go troll another thread.

This is coming from someone that thinks that NASCAR is either just as or more entertaining and challenging than Formula One, (A)LMS or WRC.

You're extremely stupid and the only troll here, so you GTFO.

I like the idea of NASCAR. Have the same cars and have only the driver's skill set them apart. In practice though, it falls far short of that. How many times have you heard a driver or the pit crew or commentators say a certain car isn't running as well as they'd like? Also to make it watchable and interesting the tracks need more variety to them and more complexity than oval or tri-oval.

I'd love to see a track like Spa-Francorchamps or Nordshleife with real stock cars, all the same with just driver skill to set them apart. And I mean really stock, no tweaks no changes just straight from the manufacturer with exactly the same settings.

LOL Wut Axel, you continue to argue entertainment value like it's something that can be proven one way or the other. If someone likes it, they like it. If you don't, that's fine, but it doesn't make the other person wrong.

Clearly watching cars turn left for dozens or hundreds of laps is very entertaining. This is obvious.

I love NASCAR. Go Carl Edwards!! Woot Woot!

Go to Dover twice a year and Pocono one a year. Love it.

I also find it mind boggling that LOL_Wut_Axel can sit here and call people who say they enjoy a sport trolls when all he is doing is sitting ina thread and bashing anyone who decides to post in it.

It's a multi billion dollar industry and second most watched sport in the US behind only the NFL. It's broadcast in over 150 countries. so evidently southern inbred rednecks have made their way abroad. You don't like NASCAR, we get that and that's fine. Everyone has the choice of what they like and don't. But by you calling tens of millions of people stupid based on your dislike of a sport says a lot of you. Just because someone has different likes and dislikes than you doesn't make them stupid. Truthfully you comments are making you sound like a bigot.

First thing bolded is true, unfortunately. Doesn't make it any less stupider, however.

Also, look at the second thing bolded. You don't even know what bigot means, which doesn't surprise me given you're defending NASCAR as one of the better motorsports.

The predominant usage in modern English refers to persons hostile to those of differing sex, race, ethnicity, religion or spirituality, nationality, language, inter-regional prejudice, gender and sexual orientation, homelessness, various medical disorders particularly behavioral disorders and addictive disorders. Forms of bigotry may have a related ideology or world views.

I didn't know NASCAR was in any of those categories.

Try putting the first sentence of that definition that fits you to a T:

A bigot is a person obstinately or intolerantly devoted to his or her own opinions and prejudices, especially one exhibiting intolerance, and animosity toward those of differing beliefs.

Going by this loose definition hating pretty much anything makes you a 'bigot', which is why on the second paragraph it clears it up by saying it refers to the specific categories of sex, race, ethnicity, religion or spirituality, nationality, language, inter-regional prejudice, gender and sexual orientation, homelessness, various medical disorders particularly behavioral disorders and addictive disorders. Disliking or hating NASCAR falls into none of those categories, so your argument is fundamentally flawed. Not that I'd expect you to know any better, as you think disliking a form of motorsport somehow makes you a bigot.

Well short of murderers, rapist, and thieves hating most things does make you a bigot. Hence the definition of being intolerant to others views, opinions, or beliefs. Like you, I don't like you but I can tolerate your opinions. We don't agree and that's fine. You feel the need to resort to name calling and blanket stereotypes to make yourself feel better. I don't "hate" you, you just can't
help yourself.

Actually considering your location you are a bigot even by your definition based on interegional prejudice since the only people that like NASCAR go hur hur hur.
