tasty food, nice portions. overall

the one near me stopped serving big bowls of rice, though. i haven't been back since. rice is cheap enough and the meal is expensive enough that they can keep bringing lots of brown rice and not a little tiny bowl with my meal.

A restaurant with great tasting food but atot pretends to hate because of how good the food is there.

They also are a major sponsor of a the Rock and Roll Arizona Marathon in January each year. :)

it's a whole series of races. I've got a 15% off reusable coupon from them for doing a half marathon. :)

EDIT-They've got a pretty good selection on tea.

Like I said, I haven't had their soups. I like their Spicy Shrimp and Lemon Scallops which aren't that bad for you actually.

Text

If you got the Shrimp with Lobster sauce you're fcked (4,700mg). If you got any of the noodles (Double Pan Fried - 1945, Lo Mein - 1415) or Fried Rice (1251) you're almost fcked. The others (Shanghai, Dynamite, and Mandarin) all have at least 1100mg's which is ok but leaves you only 400-900 left for the day. Cantonese shrimp has 1700 which is fcked.

The lemon scallops are fine.

Look at their beef. 5 of 6 are around 2000 mg's. The only safe one is Orange Peel Beef (700).

So basically stay away from their soups, beefs, noodles, fried rice, any lunch bowl, anything marinated, and you'll have a nice healthy meal.

It's the orange peel shrimp, which is about the same nutritional value as the lemon scallops.

Edit-I also like the coconut curry vegetables which has a higher fat content but fairly low sodium.
