Well I post at Overclock.net alot and I've always loved PC gaming and forums about hardware. Those sites also tend to have great off topic forums. Lastly I do alot of my posting at work and for some reason Overclock.net displays really weird on the computers here. Something about the system they use to block some websites. So I just started googling and found this site (I've also heard about it on overclock.net) and thankfully I found it to work perfect at the pc's here at work 🙂
