"Most places that have decriminalized cannabis have civil fines, drug education, or drug treatment in place of incarceration and/or criminal charges for possession of small amounts of cannabis, or have made various cannabis offenses the lowest priority for law enforcement."
Last I checked... that isn't 100% legal.
Reading comprehension? Most != all.
You lack even less [reading comprehension], because I read the article and it doesn't say that a single has it legalized. >_>
Thanks for the compliment! Dumbass.
Quite a few states are turning a blind eye to it's use. It is no longer a criminal act. You are allowed to smoke in your own home, smoking in public is illegal, just as drinking in public is in most places.
I never said legalized, I said decriminalized.
I figured you would be smart enough to realize what we were talking about. >_> I guess not.
You said reversed. The reverse/opposite of illegal is legal.
You said reversed too.
I said it was slowly (not going very quickly), state by state (as in not federally, each state making their own laws), being reversed (turned around). So lets break this down. Each state is slowly working it's way through the steps and processes required to make marijuana no longer illegal. You really are a dumbfuck. You make this too easy.
