It's like =/=, "does not equal"
I think it is an internet thing more than math.

substance use = substance abuse.
dont need it
dont want it.
you're using the internet right now. QUIT ABUSING THE INTERNET OMG
last time i checked the internet is not a chemical substance I put into my body to get high.
Do you drink energy drinks for energy or coffee or energy? Is it wrong if people do? What about drinking alcohol? Is that bad? What about sleeping pills to sleep or pain pills to get rid of pain? None of what I mentioned is bad, it's only bad when a person uses it to a point that it negatively affects their life and the people around them. It's all the same idea, only difference is the that it is against the law, and slowly, state by state, that is being reversed because people see no need for that.
It is not being "reversed."
I don't drink coffee or energy drinks. (Oh and I don't drink "energy") I rarely use pain pills and the only time I ever use them is when I get my braces tightened(and I need the pills in order to eat) or when I break a bone. Even then I am just using ibuprofen... I didn't really use any pain pills though for when I broke my arm. It was mind splitting pain though.
So I guess what I am trying to say is, "SUFFER BITCH!"
Yes it is being reversed. There are currently 7or so states that have decriminalized it or are working on it.
Good for you not drinking coffee or energy drinks or taking pain pills. I'm am proud of you for such a great accomplishment. Your life blows anyway, so I'm glad you have something to be proud of. Why don't you go jerk off on stickam now and eat some fruit loops?
Show me one state where it is legal to sell/buy and smoke pot right in front of a police officer.
Go smoke some more pot stoner.I am sure it helps you sleep at night.

Everytime I read your posts I imagine someone with a very high pitched, whiny, nasal-ly voice reading it to me. I have a feeling this is actually a pretty spot on impression of what you sound like

No, I don't smoke week, nor does my wife or 6 month old son. I actually can't name anyone I know of that does.

I smoke weeks occasionally. I used to smoke months, but then I started to get too paranoid. Don't even try smoking years, it will have you seeing shit for days. One time my friend smoked a decade, and I watched him die!

ALMOST completely harmless would mean it is SOMEWHAT harmful.
I've never tried it, never want to. If you need to smoke something to feel better you need to work on some aspects of your life so that you do not need an artificial source of pleasure or happiness.

Last I checked... that isn't 100% legal.
Reading comprehension? Most != all.
You lack even less [reading comprehension], because I read the article and it doesn't say that a single has it legalized. >_>

Thanks for the compliment! Dumbass.
Quite a few states are turning a blind eye to it's use. It is no longer a criminal act. You are allowed to smoke in your own home, smoking in public is illegal, just as drinking in public is in most places.
I never said legalized, I said decriminalized.

It's from C++. != is the NOT operand.
So Duddy, do you call them potheads because you found out they smoke, or because they smoke a copious amount that affects their ability to function in their daily lives?

You said reversed. The reverse/opposite of illegal is legal.
You said reversed too.
