Is anybody surprised she is dead? When I read the headline my reaction was not "oh shit" it was "hmm, finally". This woman has been slowly killing herself for well over a decade.

Typical for news services to have obits already prepared for big names. Just slap on a couple paragraphs on top with the details, and it's ready to publish.
