Man this is incredibly sad and heart-breaking. Whitney Houston was a lovely person who brought a great amount of joy to the world. Yes she did go down the wrong tracks but God is forgiving. RIP.

RIP she was a great talent. Ditto what others said about the drugs. Aside from the obvious OD possibility I wonder if it was a suicide?

Too bad. Great voice...but lived a train wreck of a life.

I won't be the least bit surprised if her death is drug related.

See? I keep tellin youse folks...Drugs are bad...m-kay?

the media must be having a field day. we'll hear about Whitney, her troubled love life, Bobby, her downfall etc for the next several months now. silly Americans will be distracted from real world events like the economy, the election, the faltering wars, etc etc etc
