Yeah, it's just the watermark pattern for the paper it's printed on (which was then rescanned for the purposes of the image). Thus no break in the pattern.

Actually, it was. The President had to ask for a special exception to a state law disallowing the release of the long form birth certificate. In addition the response indicated that the only reason they complied with the request was because of the constant stupid requests from parties that had no valid reason. And every fucking idiot who bitched and moaned should now give a heartfelt apology for their behavior.

Most politicians do everything they can to keep their children out of the spotlight beyond the minimal necessary. Sarah Palin has done everything she can to use her children as a political tool.
