Thought this should have its own thread since it is a major story.

Wonder why it took so long.

Perhaps the White House thought that the birther story made Republicans looks like fools and enjoyed that aspect of the story. But once the polls started to show that many Americans were starting to feel the same way the White House realized that they had put it out there before it starts to hurt Obama's 2012 chances.

Thoughts on why they held it back so long?

Diggin? You're the fool that doesn't realize that the left edge of the birth certificate comes from copying something from a binder b/c you can't flatten the complete page on the photocopy machine.

Try this, when you go to school today, pick-up Dr. Seuss's Green Eggs and Ham and take a photocopy of one of the middle pages and post it here.
 
Barry the most transparent president in the history of the world only spent $2million to hide his birth certificate and now just held a news conference saying that he wouldn't address the issue.....

Trump has nothing to do with the release. Polling kept showing more and more people were questioning it prior to Trump jumping on the scene. This was just a natural reaction prior to making his big re-election push for 2012. Trump is a blow hard that would take credit for anything he could.

I'll type this real slow to help with your comprehension.

See the border adjacent to the left edge of the document? Is that embedded in the glass atop the copy machine? It continues along both the top and bottom of the document. The pattern is contiguous and unbroken yet the left edge of the document fades out. Yes, curls away like a document on a copy machine.

I'm asking what causes that. You've got your panties in a really big knot. You're putting words in my mouth and generally acting like an ass. Because I'm asking what caused that, you're making assumptions that are unwarranted. If you can calm down, I'll continue the discussion but if you're going to continue to act like a lunatic, you're on your own to continue to rail on.
