I do donuts on the weekend. I usually have my long runs (10-12 miles) on the weekends and burn 1500-2000 calories during those. I can destroy a box of donuts in a hurry when I get back from those. And wash them down with coffee. Ommm nom nom. Carb slayer.

I could eat a box of donuts too but wow it's freakign expensive in the UK... well the good tasting donuts are i.e Krespy donuts, they cost like £1.50 for 1 I cry everytime I smell them. The crappy ones in Morrison taste like soggy bread ewwwwww. How much are donuts in the US? The good tasting ones not thsoe cheap Walmart ones. Just wondering. I liek donuts, but never spend much cuz of the price

I've eaten a hot brown or two. I think each one is good for six months off your life expectancy but they are the most elegant of trailer trash cuisine. The UK faculty club used to serve them. White table cloth, cloth napkins, and hot browns.
