Well According to a country song, God Bless Texas. They have some extremely gorgeous women there. I'd like to try a few.

Either New York or Chicago, but neither of them would be too far from where I live now.

Philadelphia? You've got to be kidding me.

I'd rather see Pittsburgh and Portland (Oregon) on that list.

I would choose Chicago, but that's only because I'm a big fan of the old school pubs there and definitely a fan of Chicago food.

New York would be a close second.

If I was a human that had to live in the bay area, the last place I'd want to live is in the the bay.

Chicago because I was born in the midwest.

New York would be my second choice.

Philly and Baltiomore are too east coasty for me.

Houston , no way. I used to live in Dallas and it sucked.

I grew up in Chicago. Went to college in New York and am currently working in New York. NY is a real cool place to live, but if I had a choice I think I'd go back to Chicago.

I miss driving in Chicago. I cant afford to drive in New York. That's more or less the only major issue for me.

I like in NJ and work near Philly. I've also been to New York plenty of times. New York is definitely the LAST place on that list I'd want to live. I don't even visit there anymore. The people up there are total bastards, all strung out and consumed with themselves. Even in south jersey, we think the people in north jersey are mean. A bunch of disgusting, putrid people.

I've been to Baltimore plenty of times, there's not much there in my opinion. The people are ok but the city itself is dinky. Chicago I've been to twice, it seemed pretty nice but I didn't spend too much time there. Never been to Houston.

1. Houston (been there, family not that far, and no ST. income tax, so, least evil)
2. Chicago (been there, it's cold, but, seemed like a decent place)
.
.
5 New York City (been there, can deal with maybe visiting, but, live there, no, not for me).

medical residency, emergency medicine.

i actually don't get to choose directly, i have to rank places. and then they rank me. and then it goes into a bumbly jumbly computer for 3 weeks and then i find out where i get to go.

In that case, BALTIMORE if Johns Hopkins is one of the potential placess. Shock Trauma is also a great place to learn emergency med, since that's the default LZ for the state police medevac service.

Chicago. I live here (well in the suburbs 15 minutes away from the city limits) and I'll probably never leave.

you have a lot of hate in you. maybe it's the snobbish attitude you approach nycers with that makes them appear as "total bastards" who are "all strung out and consumed with themselves"

if you view and treat people more positively, maybe you wouldn't see them as such "disgusting, putrid people."

Either all that, or you're just from New York.

that will never happen :|

well i used to live in vancouver, and love toronto. but canada does not accept US trained docs to practice there.

I have a cousin who's a neurosurgeon (sp?) and he worked here for 2 years). He was trained in the US.

None of those. San Francisco, or at least in the Bay Area. You're close to nice Cali beaches and within 4 hours of Lake Tahoe for skiing and other activities.
