Speaking for myself, the honeymoon ended this past week.
I was caught up in the pretty speaches and the whole unity thing, thinking maybe the clearly divided political environment could end.
After seeing Obama cuddled up with Ted Kenedy at the SOTU address and his endorsement by moveon.org I'm realizing that he'll be just another puppet. I don't think he has the experience to see that he's being played and he'll be expected to pay back the favors.
Since my views tend to be more toward the middle than the far left or right, I'll be looking more closely at both Hillary and McCain.
