ZZF has horrible support.

However, newegg has been sliding.

As someone whos done nearly $30k through newegg in 6 years, i find it alarming that my latest order has "failed payment authorization" i check the email, and for some reason my stored CC has the wrong expiration.

I fix the expiration through the link provided in the email.

I have now recieved 4 more "payment authorization failed" messages, using the uncorrected (and wrong) old expiration.

WTF is going on 🙁

Call support, they are closed til monday.

The day (today) they made their homepage incompatible with firefox... wtf.

Working just fine here. Try deleting all temp files, cookies etc.?

It's fixed now. I must have just visited their site while they were still doing maintenance or something.
