When did NewEgg start sucking?

I order everything but my gas on the net.
I ship everything to my work, and my CC bill to my home.
No one has a problem with it.
All web sites have Shipping address and a form for billing address

Except NewEgg.com, which somehow doesn?t make both address forms both pop up when you check the ?Is your shipping address the same as your billing address?? box.

So, I contact Customer service ?Live Chat.?

In 2 hours and 2 customer service reps ? they can?t tell me if my CC info is verifed or not.

So the billing address is your home address and you ship to your work. Then why would you check that box? I'm a little lost here.

Yeah, why did you check the box if your addresses aren't the same? Seems like you screwed up, and this thread is completely pointless.

I had a negative experience returning some ram that I got for Christmas. I shipped the ram, they received, they OK'd for refund, then radio silence. I contacted them no less than half a dozen times before I received the refund a month later. Nothing for my trouble either, next time it will be ZipZoomFly for me.

Never had any problems with Newegg, ever. Their service has always been great.

i am happy with my last shopping spree with newegg. i placed the order at noon on thursday and i got the tracking info that night.

I'd be very wary about dealing with ZZF's customer service. For everything else they're great, but if there ever is a problem you're up sh!t creek without a paddle.

No, look here.
My Billing and Shipping addresses are different.
So, when it asks if they are the same, I check "no."
Normally, this makes the ?what is your billing address? form come up, and you fill it out and everyone is happy.

No doubt. ZZF's CS # isn't toll free and good luck getting a live person!

I've had this problem with Newegg before too, probably 3-4 years ago now. They're not multiple-adress friendly

As far as I know you can have 3 different shipping address's associated with your account ... I ship stuff to my house & my fathers house in NY State all the time & once in awhile & rotate the third address between several others or for the occasional drop-ship for a customer.

Newegg has grown exponentially over a very short period of time & has hit a few speed-bumps along the way, however I still find they have about the best customer service in the business & even if it does take a little time, problems (at least for me) have always been settled fairly ... more then once they have gone well above & beyond my expectations, in particular by honoring warranties when certain video-card companies (cough***HIS) fell down on the job.
