When did NewEgg start sucking?

Back on topic, I stopped using Newegg as my main buying source when they started charging sales tax in TN. 9.25% tax is the reason I go online to buy.

Also, the carrier change from FedEx to UPS kind of sucked too.

I have never had a problem shipping my items to my College address even though my billing address remains my home address. It takes longer to verify for good reason.

Seriously man, you should go back and check the form. You probably accidentally hit something without knowing it. Also flaming the crap and using the Golden Bannable phrase "Die In A Fire" is a good way to:
A. Get Flamed back
B. Get banned

You are a lifer, you should know better...come on!

Agreed. It's happened to me twice that a co-worker has ordered something through my account using his/her credit card number.

It asks you for the shipping address and CC number and then assumes that the CC always belongs to my account's address (my mailing address) and there are problems down the line when they try to verify the card.

In both cases, I had to call and tie up one of their CS reps for no longer than 5 minutes.

A simple "Is the mailing address the same as the billing address?" or "Is the billing address for this credit card the same as this newegg account holder's address?" checkbox would save them probably thousands of hours and dollars per year.

Ok I was here before they switched to Fusetalk (I was 11 at the time, and by the time we got broadband I hadn't remembered anything and just made a new account) and I never remember people getting banned for that.
