There just aren't a lot of different fast food places around here so I don't have a lot to say. I do remember Long John Silver was pretty shitty when I was in Florida though.

Anyway, around here:
Wendy's: Awesome. By far my favorite. I don't have to eat fucking french fries with the meal, burgers are good, salads are good, chili is good...and they put way to much meat on the burgers which is good. You didn't think you could fit 4 burgers on a bun did you? Well look at that, we just did.
Taco Bell (Toxic Smell): A lot of hate for it here...but I find it acceptable and its really cheap. Not many around here so I hardly ever eat there though. I guess I just like tacos. They're pretty hard to fuck up IMO.
BK: Some of their sandwichs are different compared to mcdonalds, but the places are always kind of dirty. They do have an indoor playground with a huge slide though. It also has those ride on horse things with a huge spring on the bottom.
McDonald's: Totally Meh. I occasionally eat one of their heart attack breakfast sandwiches when I'm feeling particularly weak...but their lunch menu has nothing compelling. Quarter pounder is the only burger with any meat, and it kind of sucks. The Big Mac Attack is a soggy POS. And their chicken sandwiches have always been lame compared to their competitors.
KFC: I don't like fried chicken. It doesn't taste that good to me, and when I'm done eating I'm covered in grease and have fried greasy crumbs all over me and the area I ate. And of course I feel like a disgusting hog, but thats pretty much par for the course but at least I usually enjoy the eating. And their mashed potatoes stink. They taste ok I mean, but they smell awful.

Of the places I've been, McDonald's is probably now the worst.

I totally agree on both points.

The Hardees six-dollar burger is the best fast food hamburger available on the planet, period.

 I try to eat at Hardee's whenever I can, which isn't very often because I only know of one in the area that's still in business and I don't get out that way often.

I love the burger on the sourdough bread, but any of their burgers are great. the fries are pretty good too. they switched to fries with the skins still on them - yummy!

i haven't tried anythign else on the menu though, just the burgers. is the other stuff good too?

Taco Bell / KFC

It's an all-in-one place. When KFC hit their three strikes I decided to try "Toxic Hell". Wow, that is definately at the bottom of my list, probably in a tie with Long John Silver's (Seriously, who the fuck wants tartar sauce on their chicken?).

I think most of things people are saying are really site specific. I mean i have seen some terrible Taco Bell's, but in other places they are great. It all depends on who is running them. There was a Wendy's by my old work that was SO slow that it took them literally 20 minutes to fill an order. If the boss wanted to waste time he would seriously take us there. There was a wendy's about a few miles up the road that was clean and fast.

Same thing with BK's. Even going to the same BK's over days, my whopper was always different (I always custom order since i don't eat red meat). Some days it was literally perfect. This one time i had it made and they gave my a bun with a slice of cheese. I was like WTF? and took it back. The manager remade them for me and boy were they tasty after that. They even gave two free ones.... yay, that was a bad night, 4 whoppers (w/o meat) and king size fries.

anyway, the worst experiances i have had consistantly would have to be KFC. Every place i have been to has been terrible. The next day i have runs. I think that it has to do with the fact that they probably don't clean they frying oil, even though they should.

QFMFT! That shit is vile.

I went to a KFC/Long John Silvers and figured I'd give it a try a few months ago.

Worst food I think I've ever paid for from a chain.

I felt like throwing up after eating a few bites of it.

Not a fan of McDonald's or Wendy's. The food at McDonald's seems like it's declined in quality over the years and every time I eat Wendy's I feel sick.

You were like WTF? I imagine the people making it were like WTF too.

Best: Chic-Fil-A. Always seems fresh and delicious. Wendy's is a close second behind then, depends on the day
Worst: KFC - There is one restaurant near me that is experimenting with newer menu items and that place is awesome, chicken is fresh and they have a lot of new tender roast chicken items. Other than that one restaurant though, all the other places have completely sucked.
