there are different brick cheese, this was kinda like limburger, but more heavy duty and it stunk, it was very moist , thick and heavy

i picked up some australian sharp white cheddar cheese from the farmers market a few months ago and it was some of the best cheese i have ever had.

american just plain sux and can be replaced by cheddar in every single application where american is used
