But if you are from Southern Italy (or that heritage) you say Mozzarell.
we tend to drop the last vowel and it really sounds like Motz-a-rell.
 
i picked up some australian sharp white cheddar cheese from the farmers market a few months ago and it was some of the best cheese i have ever had.
 
i like most cheeses except american

american just plain sux and can be replaced by cheddar in every single application where american is used
