Yesterday it topped out at 74°F. We have wild temperature swings here in the winter. Highs bounce between ~35° and ~70°F.

Well when the dewpoint is nearly the same as the temperature you have no choice. Temperature alone is a poor indicator of human comfort. ;)

No but I've been in Wisconsin in the summer and am well aware of the issues with dew point.
I didn't mean it as cynical. I meant its sad that -26F here and 80 there and you're not "enjoying" it... comparatively.
