What's the temperature outside?

It's a nice balmy 21*F here! This seriously has been the warmest winter I can remember in Anchorage. It snowed 12 inches in mid November, then it ALL melted in the following weeks when the temperature hovered at 45-50 all the way into December. Still no snow.
