WTF? No comments about engagement rings yet?

Well, I've been spared that misfortune so far, so I'll say any of the multitude of PC games I have sitting around that I installed, played once, and never touched again, or the still shrink-wrapped videogames that I've bought.

I've been paying car insurance for over 20 years, and haven't used it yet. Guess that's a waste.

My house. It's a fine house. I just shouldn't have bought it. Now I'd like to move, but I doubt I'd have much luck selling it right now. I'll find out in the spring.

A condo at the near top of the housing boom. -$125,000. Since I am current on the payments and can afford it, I don't quality for any bailout.

$5 for a cup at a house party for Keystone Light that came from a broken tap that made everything pure foam.

Any Camry purchase is a bad one... Fscking Camrys... Thank god I never made that mistake.

For me it was a 3DLabs Wildcat Realizm 200... It was insufficient for my needs before I even got it.

Wrong, my dads 92 station wagon camry has 449,000 km's on it and still going strong. Pretty tough for an I-4 wouldn't you agree? Those things are unkillable.

my parents 84 camry had 240k miles on it before we finally decided to call it totaled. (the side was bashed in in an accident... my fault imo, but insurance decided it was other person's fault...) drove around for another year with it like that :D

my dads 86 celica had almost 400K miles when he sold it back in like 1997 or 98. We later saw the same guy still driving it about 3 yrs ago with around 600K I believe.

A timeshare. Oops, Im sorry, a Vacation Fractional Ownership, because timeshare is bad, but VFO is good. The wife and I bought it right after we went thru a bankrupcy because the salesman said it was the best way to rebuild credit. We never went to the damn place after we bought it, and on top of the $125/mo payment, we had to cough up ~$450 each year for taxes and fees. Finally paid it off about a year ago and after finding out there was no way in hell to sell the damn thing, we are in the process of donating it to a charity. So at least I'll get a $5k donation reciept for my taxes.

Oh yeah, I bought one of those too. I used it like 3 times installing Windows XP on an EEE 900, otherwise it would've been a complete paperweight.

Or, in my case, ditch the beer and move on to jungle juice.

I bought waaay too many clothes a couple years back. I just started working as an attorney and decided I wanted to wear nice duds, including tailored suits/shirts. Some of them I never wore more than once. I finally realized the vanity wasn't worth it. Nowadays I'll hit up Target for casual clothes.

My associates degree from ITT Tech. Two years of my life and $12,000 (half was paid by scholarships) wasted. That AAS isn't even worth the paper it's printed on. I've completely abandoned it and now I'm an EMT. I wish I would have done the EMT route earlier.

In 1988 I bought a red 1986 Hyundai Excel four-door hatchback with a stick from a repo company.

It was not until I got home that I realized it did not have air conditioning (in Southern California). :(

Also, I learned all about CV Boots and how much they cost to replace from that piece of crap.

Oh god the Excel. It served my family faithfully until it burst into flames for the next owner :Q
