What's the coolest place you can think of for a FPS level?

I think it would be pretty cool if there was a mission where you rode across the Brooklyn bridge, and into times square for battle.


Also and old nuclear plant would be pretty cool, or something like a stadium during the super bowl.

A massive, old and empty theater. I could imagine much of the architecture being broken and strewn about with shredded and moldy velvet ropes leading up to the curiously intact popcorn dipensers and soda fountains. Throw in some sweet HDR lighting for the sunlight streaming into the theater through cracks in the walls and ceilings with dust motes swirling around at each step and it would be a pretty immersive environment.

Heh... I'm sure that would go over real well. Some of my friends in college were designing a CS map based on a part of our college campus, but they never finished it.

There was a Jedi Knight level in a high school, it was the only commonly played 3rd party map

I suggest a small college campus, step it up a notch! Several small buildings and secret ways of moving around, like underground tunnels.

I LOVED blowing up the front court yard with the control switches inside! That and the gym were great places for saber fights.
