What's the coolest place you can think of for a FPS level?

My top picks:

1. King's Cross railway station in London
2. The rearranging Mayan pyramid from Alien vs. Predator movie.
3. Streets of Morocco (ex: Tangier's back-alleys really look like something out of an Indiana Jones movie)
4. A map modeled after a real mall.
5. A map modeled after any interesting school building.
6. Any complex set of sewers. (There's a UT map that I love)
7. The Charmed Halliwell Manor including outside lawn areas.

You and your opponents falling out of an air plane either with parashoots, or fighting to get the only thrown parashoot!

Ah, or just an airborne landing in general...

One team falls out of one of dozens of planes flying overhead as a dug-in team has their backs to you, facing the beaches.

Yes, it's possbile to get shot on the way down but make the parachutes in the game like the ones real airborne guys use which are permeable enough to make you a fast moving target...

always thought a high school would be kinda of interesting. gym, lunch room, hallways, ya know

As do I, but I'm sure if you tried, half the country would be up in arms about it.

giant gothic cathedral with accessable catacombs, skywalks, everything, maybe the exterior, as well. Maybe have parts of it scaffolded so players could get on the roof and come in/shoot in through random windows, that kind of thing.

Deus Ex has a level like that. Have you played it?
