Homemade real chicken and noodle soup.

Without a forced LOL or LMAO off comment at the end of almost every post in other ones.

Is there a way to make homemade fake chicken and noodle soup? Serious question, I'm curious.

Yes. You can use almost entirely chicken broth, then boil flat noodles until they are almost mush, then scrape tiny bits of chicken into the mixture.

Quite different from properly cooked noodles with chances of freshly cooked chicken in a unctuous chicken stock base.

See the lunch thread. I ate what I took to work, but didn't eat at lunch time.

Grilled a porterhouse (I take the strip, wife gets the filet), made a twice-baked potato, and sautéed asparagus in brown butter.

Had tacos. For the life of me I can't fold a damn tortilla.

Did you heat the tortillas at all first ? they look straight out of the fridge, is just one of those things.

I'm just pointing that one out a bit.

At any rate we just made a pizza here.

I really need to get my wife to make some with my Sister-in-law, Lori makes killer Lasagna.

She even makes just stuffed shells on the side now and then when she has time and people pay her to make more whenever she does.

Mac 'n Cheese goes with any meal! :p
Yes it does. Homemade mac is the best. I love dicing up some velveeta and adding some spices. Boil the shells to just the right temp and blend it all together. Damn...mac doesn't go with a meal it is a meal.

I still like Mac 'n Cheese, but hard to beat baked Ziti or something along those lines either.

I'm a bit of a Linguine Alfredo fan, doesn't take long to make, for a side.

Guess I've been having the fake stuff all this time. But hey, free is free. I probably make it worse, since I'm a picky bastard I also toss out the fuzzy things floating on top.

Cooking penne to add to meat sauce containing Italian sausage and ground beef. Plus veggies of course.

Butternut squash bisque, and grilled cheese(seeded rye, one with extra sharp cheddar, one with Swiss, and one with a mix of the two).
