For normal clogs like hair and stuff, any gel-type declogger works the same IMO. For a drain that hasn't been checked in 10+ years...well be aware that you might have roots from nearby trees growing in there.

Wow is all I have to say. Thank you so much for posting that link and showing us the light.

Two months ago we bought a few at Walmart B&M for under $3 each. When we got home I couldn't wait to open a ZipIt and try it. The ZipIt helped dislodge and remove some long, gnarly and soapy goop. I inserted it again and removed more mysterious goop.

5 months later and ZipIt still rocks :thumbsup:
