When I get tail-gated, I slam the brakes, they rear end me. If I'm alive, I get a 6-figure settlement that covers for a new car, lost wages, some medical therapy, and a new home. If I'm dead, my family takes the guy down too with everything he's ever owned. Pretty much like a kamikaze thing.
My law firm represents this guy who's been a "victim" of 4 rear-end accidents. I think he's pretty much retired now with enough to send his grandchildren to early retirement too. It's ridiculous with what some people can get away with.
