I used 3.0. It was terrible. 3.1 was a vast improvement.
3.1 was OK, but I cringed when I had to go from my Amiga to a Windows 3.1 machine. AmigaOS and Workbench smoked it badly.

The first version of Windows I ever used was Windows 3.1. It came with my dad's Packard Bell 486SX 25Mhz with 8mb ram that he bought in 1993 and it looked like this:

I'm curious if the younger generation has ever even seen Win 3.x.

Windows 3.0 for a month, then 3.1. I barely used it though. Mainly stayed in DOS.
The Amiga was actually well ahead of its time. Just a matter of poor marketing and momentum by Microsoft and PCs.
I feel bad for the guy who voted for ME. That's a pretty shitty first experience.
