I can sympathize with you. There are A LOT of discourteous dippers out there. If I'm ever outside of my own apartment, it's pouches (think the tobacco, but in a little paper pouch so it isn't loose) and a Gatorade bottle. It's much cleaner, much more courteous (you can dip more discreetly, you can seal up and throw away your bottle, and it doesn't get everywhere), and most people won't notice unless they're looking for it.
